Elite Skills Question - Guild Wars Forums

If i cap an elite and want to use it on a charecter other than the one I cap'd it with, do I need to cap it again or will it be availible to pruchase from a skills trader?

You'll have to cap it again, though if you make a PvP only char it can use it of course.

Impossible to get an elite skill via skill trainer. If you cap an elite it unlocks for only that character and PvP.
